Why Choose CT Solutions?

Hi, I’m Shane, the owner of CT Solutions. I’ve been serving homeowners and businesses throughout Littleton and the surrounding communities since 1997.

When you hire CT Solutions, you’re not dealing with a large cleaning company that sends a different technician to your home every time. You’re working directly with someone who takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the results.

I’ve always believed that doing a job right means taking the time to do it properly. That starts with thorough preparation and continues through every step of the cleaning process. I use professional equipment, proven cleaning methods, and softened water to deliver the best results possible.

I also believe that respecting your time is just as important as respecting your home. When I schedule an appointment, I make it a priority to arrive on time, ready to work. I know your time is valuable, and I don’t believe you should have to spend your day waiting around for a cleaning company to show up.

My goal isn’t simply to clean your carpets. It’s to provide the kind of personal service, attention to detail, and quality workmanship that makes you comfortable inviting me back into your home.

After nearly 30 years in business, I still approach every job with that same commitment.

Outside of work, I’m an avid cyclist and enjoy spending time on Colorado’s trails. I believe the same dedication, preparation, and attention to detail that go into cycling carry over into how I run CT Solutions.

I’m proud to be a local business owner, and I appreciate the trust my customers place in me when they invite me into their homes.
